Pam graduated cum laude from Middlebury College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in secondary education. She earned a master's degree in English at Middlebury as well. As a certified teacher, Pam taught at a public high school in Connecticut for nine years before being appointed to the Taft faculty in 1995. She was a class dean for eight years, and currently teaches English and aerobics.  She and her husband Willy have two sons, John ’14, who is now a sophomore at Brown University, and Tom ’16, who will be entering Brown in the fall.
